Orders leave the studio in 1 to 2 business days. From there a courier takes over. We do not handle delivery and we do not charge for it, so nothing for it appears on your order: the courier sets the price for your address and collects it from you on dispatch.

You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is booked, and the courier calls before delivery, so give a number you actually answer. Fragrance is classed as a limited-quantity hazardous good, so it always travels by road, never air.

We send beyond Ghana on request. Tell us what you want and where you are and we will quote the freight before anything is charged.

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened bottles can be returned within 14 days if the scent is not for you; we refund the bottle minus the return courier fee. Discovery Sets are not returnable once opened.

Start a return by replying to your order confirmation. Refunds go back the way you paid, mobile money or card, within five business days of the parcel reaching us.

The studio is not a shop and is not open to the public, but we run open sampling sessions a few times a year. They are announced on the mailing list first.
